Will Call

Top Event Rentals is open for Will Call pickup and return 6 days a week. Our Will Call department is open Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm. Our Will Call attendants will have all your items and paperwork ready when you arrive. You can generally pick up event rental equipment the day before your event and return them the next business day at no additional cost.

Delivery

Top Event Rentals offers delivery service throughout the Metro Phoenix area and beyond. Standard, round-trip, ground-level delivery and pickup is available for the most econmical rates compared to other event rental companies. Please note that certain order minimums may apply to be eligible for Delivery. Premium delivery options, including smaller time windows, after hours pickups, above ground level deliveries, or special venue deliveries are available at an additional cost. When we deliver to a home or other venue, we generally drop off the items in a convenient area, such as a backyard patio. Items should be broken down and placed back in that same spot before pickup to avoid additional charges.

Events with site maps must have a final site map at least 1 week before the event start time. Additional fees will apply if our crew must deviate from that site map. If no site map is provided, we require an event coordinator on your end to be with our crew at all times. 

Set Up

Select few event rental items including Tents, Stages, Dance Floors, Bounce houses and other select products, include free Set Up. Other items such as Folding Tables, Chairs and Linens, do not. If you wish to have our staff set up and or strike, please ask your event consultant for a quote. Please note that these services must be arranged when you place your order.
